Job Description

• Possess a minimum SPM or Diploma/ Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, or its equivalent in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.

• Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, and proactive personality who can work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and web development will be added value
• Multitasking, result-oriented under tight schedules, and a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dare to voice out your idea, independent and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our software products and services, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
