Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide technical and process assistance to end-users via phone, email, live chat or web-form. \xe2\x80\xa2 To diagnose and troubleshoot end-users\xe2\x80\x99 problems with various IT tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform an initial assessment, attempts to resolve or escalate the problem, based on agreed service level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Log IT requisition/problems for end-users into Ticketing System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalate to 2nd level support group when required with detailed description of the problem for further trouble-shooting and resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the escalation procedures and keep end-users informed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to the users by answering the telephone calls or by conducting field visits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzes and clarifies the queries by conducting research and troubleshooting the issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems quickly and accurately via phone or email remotely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide necessary operation reports and documentations. Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on shift basis of 8am to 10am \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on Saturday half day. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
