The

ITSM Lead (IT Service Management Lead)

guides an organization's IT service delivery, focusing on improving processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge Management) using frameworks like ITIL, ensuring services meet business needs via Service Catalogs and SLAs, managing budgets, leading teams, driving continual improvement (CSI), and overseeing platform tools (like ServiceNow) for efficient, customer-centric IT operations.

ITSM professionals play a vital role in managing the entire lifecycle of IT services, from planning and development to delivery and support.

They bridge business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring services are designed, implemented, and managed efficiently to meet ever-evolving demands.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Strong ITIL/ITSM framework knowledge. Leadership and team management. Stakeholder communication and collaboration. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). DevOps/CI/CD understanding.

The position location is in Seremban and it's a full-time 1 year renewable contract



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,800.00 per month
