\xef\xbb\xbfJob responsibilities :Design, develop, test, and maintain in-house software development applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process.Prepare relevant system and user documentation.Qualifications & Experience :Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related field.Proficiency in VB.NET programming language & Crystal Reporting tools.Familiarity with Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL server.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Able to deliver users\' requirements within the timeline and with minimal supervision.Japanese language - JLPT Level N1 (only for one candidate)Required Soft Skills :Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good time management and organization skills.Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
