Job Description
- Maintain company network (including LAN and WAN), linux-related systems, and CCTV system on the HUB site.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network equipment, monitor network performance and traffic.
- Complete helpdesk desktop operation and maintenance.
- Assign tasks, set goals, provide training, and monitor team work progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide technical support and solutions.
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of IT support and management experience, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST
- Solid experience in network and server management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and familiar with CCTV surveillance system configuration and maintenance.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CCTV technical qualifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess own transport.
