Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries
• Responsible for enhancement and maintenance of website in accordance with management requirements
• Responsible for the IT support and ensure the day-to-day operations of Dropbox, computers and other hardware/peripheral devices
• To configure, and maintain hardware, software, and infrastructure to support daily operation
• To train users on how to operates software, application and computer equipment
• Maintaining an up-to-date software and IT equipment inventory and ensure that all software licensing is compliant and up to date
• To source and evaluate the purchase of all IT equipment or parts and ensure cost-effectiveness in all aspects of IT investments
• To provide advice, recommendations and solutions to Management pertaining to IT matters and issues
• Implement ERP, HRMS, and CRM
• Initiate and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support defined company IT security policies
• Manage email, Dropbox, and VPN
• Provide office automation solutions to the all functions
• Manage and administrate the Microsoft Accounts

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Good knowledge in system, network, application, database, hardware and software
