Responsible for maintaining our IT systems, supporting users with hardware and software issues and ensuring data and network security.
Main task key responsibilities:
Maintain hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and networks
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff regarding computer systems, software and hardware including our branch in Singapore.
Perform regular security monitoring.
Assist with the purchase of new hardware equipment for onboarding new staff and replacing faulty hardware equipment for existing staff.
Setting up new hardware equipment of different kinds.
Working closely with Global IT on a regular basis, in line with global standards and requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all IT equipment, including physical inventory, license numbers, and related record
Strong hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Support on application software where needed and agreed.
Other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5-10 years working experience in IT, System Administrator or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Minimum have basic understanding of Network and WiFi.
Basic knowledge of IOS devices
Microsoft OS - Server and Client.
Microsoft Intune and Azure knowhow.
Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware.
Microsoft M365 Suite
Advantage if knowledge of SCADA and MES
Service minded.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with users, vendors, and colleagues.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
