Job Description

IT Park Support role is to provide mostly

on-site user and system support covering corporately approved technologies or applications used on the desktop, laptops, point-of-sales terminal, infrastructure within the organization. You will embrace customer skill, good technical acumen, and communication skill to assist and advise users to ensure customer satisfaction. You shall understand how Information Technology applies in our organization to support the business requirements and demand.

Work within the local business, deliver a service of excellence based on technical, customer and communication skills, delivering the highest quality IT support critical for achieving business goals and provide resolution of IT incidents and requests according to agreed service levels. Provide on-site first level support at their local attractions for all desktops and business system issues in accordance with agreed policies and procedures. Deliver effective and professional communication with business users regarding IT incidents and all requests in line with IT communication procedures. To report and escalate any technical faults, issues or incidents to the IT Park Support Senior or vendors to resolve them and minimize downtime. Carry out predefined daily checks on allocated sites within the agreed Service Level Agreements. Operating within the agreed OLA's, deliver proactive support to the wider areas of Group IT and adhering to compliance: Ensure compliance against Incident management procedures. Ensure compliance / ownership against Asset management procedures. Ensure compliance / ownership against Change management procedures. Ensure compliance / ownership against Problem management procedures.
You will have 2 years+ of experience in troubleshooting of IT/Networking and system support maintenance.

Record of experience in supporting the retail POS systems and hardware. Competent in Windows 7/10, Office 2010 or latest and Dell Desktop/Laptop support. Experience in troubleshooting of network switches, fiber ports and Local Area Network (LAN) ports. Familiar with and have worked in an ITIL environment. Possess excellent customer service skill and ability to resolve problems in a fast- pace environment.
