Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular server maintenance, manage system installations, maintain up-to-date system documentation, and oversee patch updates and lifecycle management. Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of IT infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and network connectivity. Provide operational support for key infrastructure components such as firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage systems, network security tools, email platforms, antivirus, and anti-spam solutions. Manage daily IT operations to optimize resource usage and maintain seamless business continuity. Deliver technical support services in accordance with defined service level agreements, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Collaborate on system architecture and design initiatives to support future scalability and configuration enhancements. Plan and execute routine maintenance of network infrastructure in alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure consistent service delivery standards and uphold customer satisfaction through proactive support and communication. Continuously explore and assess emerging technologies to enhance existing systems and drive service improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements for Success

Candidates who are available to start immediately will have an added advantage. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant IT support or infrastructure role. Solid technical expertise and practical experience with: Microsoft Windows and Server platforms (2012 and above) Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, WSUS, Active Directory, and DNS Virtualization technologies (e.g., Hypervisor) and Terminal Services Network management including WAN, LAN switches, firewalls, VPN, and load balancers Microsoft Office 365 and office automation (OA) software Internet technologies, network optimization tools, and security solutions

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
