Key Responsibilities
Provide
2nd and 3rd-level technical support
for end users and client systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware, software, network, and printer-related
issues.
Set up, configure, and maintain
desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain
computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
.
Perform basic troubleshooting and support for
servers, storage, backup solutions, virtualization, wired/wireless networks, and firewalls.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g.,
Active Directory, email systems
).
Maintain and update
IT asset inventory
and documentation.
Liaise with
end users and vendors
to coordinate technical support and problem resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or external vendors when required.
Ensure all IT support tasks are completed
within SLA
and adhere to company standards and policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years
of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Diploma or Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology
, or related field.
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
Basic understanding of
IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
Willing to
travel to client sites
and work
on standby or night shifts
when required.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong sense of
responsibility, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
