As a Software Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide internal technical assistance and support to end-users for software applications used within our organisation.You will play a critical role in ensuring that software-related issues and business processes are promptly addressed, allowing our teams to work efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a strong understanding of software ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to resolving software related problems. Our business has been specifically designed around our SaaS platform which allows our staff and our SaaS customers to work collaboratively 24 x 7 from anywhere in the world.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing \xe2\x80\xa6

  • Working with the SaaS Platform and Customer Support Teams ensuring systems performance.
  • Monitoring performance and reliability of systems, actioning incidents and accounting for business cycles.
  • Providing applications support to business teams
  • Performing rigorous diagnosis to support the identification of root cause of issues
  • Managing security and privacy incidents pertaining to in-scope systems
  • Proactively work with business leaders to document use of TechnologyOne software, and integrations to other systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system architecture via automation and the use of TechnologyOne software
  • Act as a conduit between R&D, and business teams.
Your talents...
  • Degree qualified in information systems and/or experience in an IT Support role
  • English proficiency equivalent to International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Band 9 (formal certification not required)
  • Experience in supporting ERP systems
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, BI tools, ETL, XLOne, SQL
  • Broad understanding of corporate processes such as HRP, Consulting, Sales, Finance, IT
  • Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
