To renew license annually for Firewall & Zoom meeting.
To schedule on zoom meeting for departments.
To set up printer and scanner for new users, to ensure photocopy machine is properly maintained.
To assist on email setup, PC upgrading and formatting.
To assist IT Manager to resolve/debug issues arise within the performance of the company's server, website.
To assist IT Manager to Implement effective and efficient security systems to ensure non-breach of systems from Internal and external sources.
Maintaining records of software licences, backup files, and handling stocks of IT equipment,
consumables and other supplies.
Any other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the superior.
Position Requirements
1. Diploma level or higher
2. Minimum 2 years in working experience related field would be an added advantage
3. Skills/Competencies:
Self-motivated and displayed initiative in solving problems.
Able to work independently and team work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and responsive in dealing with people.
Able to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on events.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
