ResponsibilitiesPrimary Contact
Serve as the primary contact for all IT incidents and service requests, providing professional and courteous support via phone, chat, and email.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, chat, email, or remote access tools.
Provide 1st level technical support.
Promptly and effectively troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform other related tasks as required by line manager.
Maintenance:
Website Content Updates: Regularly update and modify website content, structure, and minor functions as needed.
Provide step-by-step guidelines to users, ensuring they can follow and resolve issues independently.
Handle all general IT tasks, assisting users with everyday technical needs.
