We're looking for a dedicated and proactive
IT Support Engineer (Night Shift)
to be stationed full-time at our client's site, who is a global leader in medical technology. You will be part of a high-performing on-site support team, and your mission is to ensure prompt and professional resolution of IT issues while maintaining operational excellence in support delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve user IT requests promptly in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or relevant departments when necessary.
Assist in implementing IT best practices and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain smooth IT operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset records.
Support internal IT projects and initiatives as directed by the Team Leader.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and actively pursue skills development.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Hands-on IT support experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome).
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and common end-user applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- approachable, helpful, and patient.
Ability to work independently on-site while remaining aligned with team objectives.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
