We're looking for a dedicated and proactive

IT Support Engineer (Night Shift)

to be stationed full-time at our client's site, who is a global leader in medical technology. You will be part of a high-performing on-site support team, and your mission is to ensure prompt and professional resolution of IT issues while maintaining operational excellence in support delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues. Troubleshoot and resolve user IT support requests efficiently in line with agreed SLAs. Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or relevant departments when necessary. Assist with implementing IT best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, support actions, and asset records. Support internal IT projects and initiatives as directed by the Team Leader. Stay current with relevant technologies and actively pursue skills development.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferably possess hands-on IT support experience (

fresh grads with strong internship exposure are welcome

). Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and common end-user applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills -- you're friendly, helpful, and patient. Ability to work independently on-site while staying aligned with the broader team. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
