Provide end user service support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
Troubleshoot end user's Computing issue, and hardware issue (PC, server, printer, etc.)..
Provide troubleshooting and first-level diagnosis of IT problems
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in-first-out based on priority
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Provide onsite support on the shop floor when required and be sure any issue gets resolved in shop floor as soon as possible
Troubleshooting simple network/voice issue and report the issue to the Global IT team respectively
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Work with oversea IT and Support Team
