Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network
and system problems in a timely manner using available resources within the
company
Provide on-site/remote support to company laptops, tablets and mobile devices
including new hardware setup, imaging, and deployment
Respond to daily end user support requests, such as hardware, software, peripheral
issues for both on-site and remote users
Organize and maintain IT Inventory and assist in the deployment/retirement of
hardware as needed
Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
Provide orientation, guidance and training to users on how to operate new
applications /software and computer equipment.
Admin Tasks
Administer M365 admin centre, ie. creating/deleting/editing M365 user accounts
Monitoring M365 licensing counts, track inactive user accounts, provide weekly
updates of inactive user and available license counts reports to Regional IT Manager.
Email request HR country to provide updates to those inactive users (if they are
resigned).
Responsible for user provisioning which includes onboarding and offboarding
processes
Onboarding - responsible for ensuring laptop availability for new hiring, conduct
induction sessions, ensure Asset Form is e-signed and kept safe.
Offboarding - responsible for collecting the return of company laptop, ensure
resigned employee sign-off the Asset Return Form.
Cybersecurity
Daily check on the email security system - Green Radar quarantine files sent, request to block suspicious emails and request to release valid
emails.
Stay abreast of new and emerging security threats and mitigation approaches for your
respective area and perform periodic security reviews of your assigned areas
Network
Monitor network performance and work closely with service provider (ie. Time in
Malaysia, Singtel in Singapore and Philippines) whenever it is required.Incident
Management
Document incidents and processes as directed and ensure that all incident tickets
require follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention
Medical Devices
Provide support to company medical devices, collaborate with product principle for
configuration and commissioning

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
