Responsibilities:

- To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

- To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;

- To communicate with users through a series of actions, either face-to- face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;

- To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

- To adhere to MIS compliance processes for IT related request.

Requirements:

- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology

- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.

- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.

- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written

- 1 Temporary positions available

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
