Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT devices.
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, laptops, and peripherals.
Support user account setup, password resets, and user access requests.
Perform routine checks on IT equipment and ensure proper maintenance of IT assets.
Assist in updating IT documentation, manuals, and support logs.
Support network and system maintenance tasks as guided by IT supervisors.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, equipment replacement, and software deployment.
Ensure all tasks comply with the company's IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity guidelines.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common applications.
Familiar with networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP address, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
