JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan/manage/monitor daily tasks related to IT
• To be part of Engineering & Maintenance members, where he/she needs to work together with Automation engineer for IoT things
• As a backup of the Automation engineer in his absence
• To plan and coordinate with local support as well as HQ team to solve any IT-related issue.
• To share and update the status of issues/incidents and cascade down the information/report of the issues/incidents to relevant parties.
• To highlight any problems that arise in IT, and plan for the execution of solutions as per the IT HQ team\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
• To conduct the remote sessions as per HQ\'s request to monitor/deal with problems directly, especially during the update of system/software into the server.
• Server monitoring (patching of networks, configuration, configuration and tracing for ease of reference, etc)
• Personnel login issues (hardware/software, ID setup & password configuration)
• Managing communication system & all related issues for terminal: Local Server, Telekom, PABX, WiFI system
• Monitoring/patching/network issues and problem/new staff configuration etc
• PABX alignment system, Polycom Teleconference unit setup, Telephone inventory, other services e.g., diverting, IP address configuration, ext. no registration with PABX system, etc. \xe2\x80\x93 on going
• Trouble-shooting of users\' problems (internet connection, emails, printer, etc)
• Inventory management: server storage capacity,
• Fujixerox monitoring of cartridge, ink, and services, installation at local CPU, billing, etc.
• Plan for training, as well as ensure the IT team is up to date with the situation/problem that occurred, and how to tackle it wisely.
• Ongoing Assets (CPU & accessories), printer setting & stock, etc.
• Advantage: Understand and excel in software/program coding

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years and above of experience with IT background
• Degree in IT-related study with hands-on technical knowledge
• Must be able to communicate in English well due to the multi-national environment
• Problem solver with the presence of mind, multitasking, and attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure with analytical skills
