Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers.
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement technology solutions.
Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices for IT usage.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
