Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to proactively solve technical issues.
• Very well-versed with online platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Hands-on experience managing hardware, software, and networks.
• Good improvisation skills and the ability to adapt to different scenarios.
• Must be a reliable "handy person" for resolving everyday technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and online platforms.
• Set up and maintain CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and backups.
• Document processes, provide user training, and create technical guides for internal teams.
• Collaborate with management to implement IT strategies and improvements.
• Ensure data security, monitor system performance, and resolve any disruptions swiftly.
