The IT Support staff will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of company systems. This role includes troubleshooting, supporting staff, and maintaining critical services such as email and networking.
Minimum Qualification
- At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Higher qualifications (Bachelor's degree or above) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment.
- Maintain and administer company email systems (accounts, access, troubleshooting).
