Position Description: Be part of a company with a dream: \'To create an environment in which we enjoy working together and, as owners, contribute to building a company we can be proud of.\' - Competitive compensation and benefits - HMO coverage as soon as you are hired - An engaging culture of ownership - Career growth through internal promotions Your future duties and responsibilities: - Install and configure software and hardware - Manage network servers and technology tools - Set up accounts and workstations - Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements - Troubleshoot issues and outages - Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls - Upgrade systems with new releases and models - Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies - Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - 1 to 2 years IT Infrastructure Experience is preferred - Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role - Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management - Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery - Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language - Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms - Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude - Excellent communication skills Selected Skills: - Analytical Thinking - Good Communication Skills - Ability to Multi-task - Possesses a can do attitude - Background in IT Infrastructure is a plus.
