Job Description


:

  • To provide 1st level POS and IT hardware/software support to HQ / outlet users
  • Install, Configuration, updating, troubleshooting for the computer hardware, software and any other peripheral equipment issues.
  • Learn and assist with researching, testing, evaluating new hardware and software for executive management.
  • Constantly providing constructive feedback to superiors when identifying issues, processes and procedures with the objective to improve or enhance existing workflows.
  • Able to collate cases and alert superiors/managers immediately that they suspect something might be brewing, and requires immediate attention from managers.

Job Requirements:
  • Require Profesional Certificate or DIPLOMA in Information Technology
  • Good Communication
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • Support on Saturday and Sunday if necessary
  • Fresh graduate encourage to apply
