To provide 1st level POS and IT hardware/software support to HQ / outlet users
Install, Configuration, updating, troubleshooting for the computer hardware, software and any other peripheral equipment issues.
Learn and assist with researching, testing, evaluating new hardware and software for executive management.
Constantly providing constructive feedback to superiors when identifying issues, processes and procedures with the objective to improve or enhance existing workflows.
Able to collate cases and alert superiors/managers immediately that they suspect something might be brewing, and requires immediate attention from managers.
Job Requirements:
Require Profesional Certificate or DIPLOMA in Information Technology
Good Communication
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong problem solving skill
Support on Saturday and Sunday if necessary
Fresh graduate encourage to apply
