Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network).
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Manage user accounts, backups, and basic server support.
Handle server-related issues, including troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and basic maintenance.
Manage and maintain company email accounts (Thunderbird) including setup, backup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Liaise with vendors and service providers when needed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and follow instructions from management as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum
1 year experience
in IT support or helpdesk.
Good knowledge of
Windows OS

MS Office
,
basic networking
,
server troubleshooting
, and
email client management (Thunderbird/Outlook)
.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Able to work independently, follow instructions, and work under pressure.
