Role Overview

The IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems across the organization. This position ensures smooth daily operations, supports end?users, and contributes to the stability and security of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first?line technical support to staff (hardware, software, network, and applications). Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Support Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and business applications. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi?Fi, and internet connectivity. Assist with IT asset management (inventory, procurement, and lifecycle tracking). Ensure compliance with IT security policies and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures. Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues. Provide user training and guidance on IT tools and best practices. Collaborate with regional IT teams for system upgrades, patching, and project rollouts.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking. Good problem?solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Customer?oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
