Repair or replace damaged hardware.*
Upgrade systems to enable compatible software.*
Install and upgrade antivirus software.*
Travel to branch sites.*
Perform tests on new hardware and software.*
Define software, hardware and network requirements.*
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.*
Desktop and Printer maintenance services.*
Provide technical support on IT equipment eg: PC's notebook, server, printer, peripherals and networking.*
Data security, privacy and access controls on files, folders and share folder.*
Positive, communicative and user-oriented attitude.*
Got sense of urgency and capable to handle tense situation.*
To identify and provide daily IT support in troubleshooting of PCs. server, printers, software related issues and networking matters.*
To perform new implementation and maintenance support to user.*
To constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, technical quality and innovation.*
Standby and support after office hour, weekend and public holiday if required.*
With own transport (Car) to support onsite*
