Job Description

Responsibilities for It Support

Monitor customer breakdown cases and ensure timely response by technicians. Arrange and coordinate urgent toner delivery requests. Ensure all machines are serviced every month and track monthly servicing progress. Confirm that meter reading collection is completed every month (compulsory) and follow up on any missing data. Check and record the monthly print volume for each machine for billing and performance tracking. Update machine service records and documentation in the system regularly. Follow up with technicians on pending service calls and ensure ticket closure. Communicate with customers to verify issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Track consumables and spare parts usage to ensure sufficient stock supply. Identify machines with repeated breakdowns and escalate to Technical Manager for further action. Compile monthly reports on machine uptime, service performance, and consumable usage. Maintain organized filing of agreements, machine lists, meter sheets, and maintenance history. Add hoc assigned by management or superior when required.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
