Troubleshoot end user\xe2\x80\x99s. \xc2\xb7 Computing issue, and hardware issue (PC, server, printer, etc.).. \xc2\xb7 Provide troubleshooting and first-level diagnosis of IT problems. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. \xc2\xb7 Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority \xc2\xb7 Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software \xc2\xb7 Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required \xc2\xb7 Provide onsite support on the shop floor when required and be sure any issue gets resolved in shop floor asap \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting simple network/voice issue and report the issue to the Global IT team respectively \xc2\xb7 Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses \xc2\xb7 Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) \xc2\xb7 Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. \xc2\xb7 Work with oversea IT and Support Team
