Job Description
The IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems across the company. This role involves installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, email, and network-related issues. Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and IT equipment. Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and antivirus systems. Manage user accounts, email access, and password resets. Track and maintain IT assets and documentation. Support ERP or internal system users with login or basic system issues. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and repair. Ensure adherence to data protection and IT security standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
