We are a growing plastic injection molding manufacturing company with approximately 120 employees, looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support for both office and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
2. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other IT related problems.
4. Provide IT technical support to office and factory users (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (LAN, WiFi).
6. Support IT systems related to production and manufacturing operations.
7. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
8. Manage basic user accounts, data backup, and IT security.
9. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
10. Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
11. Support IT requirements for audits and company systems.
12. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1-3 years of IT support experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking.
Willing to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday : 8.00am - 6.00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
