Internship Details:

Duration: 3-6 months Expected Start Date: 2 January 2026 Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur (accessible via

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning, deployment, and daily maintenance of the company's core IT systems, including:

Management and configuration of Windows Domain Controllers (Active Directory) and permission policies. Installation, optimisation, and security hardening of Linux systems. Configuration and maintenance of DELL servers.
2. Manage and optimise the company's network infrastructure:

Configure and monitor network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Conduct regular security policy reviews and vulnerability patching to ensure network stability and data security.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of the company's digitalisation and information system projects:

Build systems, select equipment, conduct on-site testing, and support project acceptance according to project requirements. Prepare project proposals, deployment documents, and training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
4. Maintain weak current systems and smart office devices, including CCTV, access control, and wireless access points (APs).

5. Establish and implement IT asset management procedures, data backup and recovery plans, and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.

2. Working experience in IT systems, networking, or project implementation will be an added advantage.

3. Familiar with Windows Server environments and Active Directory structure, with configuration experience.

4. Proficient in Linux system administration.

5. Familiar with the operation and troubleshooting of DELL servers and mainstream network devices.

6. Possess some project implementation experience and able to complete system deployment or delivery independently according to technical requirements.

7. Candidates with professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be given preference.

8. Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with good communication, coordination, and learning skills.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
