Responsibilities ? Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues. ? Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. ? Maintain server and scheduled weekly data backup ? Lead communications/ expectations to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships. ? Setting up accounts for new users ? Participating in providing training to internal and external users as required. ? Willing to take up new challenges on IT related project. ? Ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior. Academic Qualification ? Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma in any IT discipline field or equivalent. ? Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. ? Proficient with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Skills & Experience ? Minimum 1 years? experience in relevant fields. ? Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. ? Fast learner, strategic thinking, logical problem-solving skills, details, user focus. ? Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Possess own transport and is willing to travel.
