The IT Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, and personnel. The executive must promptly identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, printers, email, and networks).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
Maintain and update IT equipment, servers, and software licenses.
CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance
Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and report any technical issues to the IT or maintenance team.
Maintain constant surveillance of high-risk areas.
Incident Reporting & Response
Respond to security alerts and incidents by notifying the appropriate authorities (security personnel, police, emergency services).
Document all security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage and information.
Access Control & Security Compliance
Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas by monitoring access control systems.
Report any security violations or breaches to the security team or management.
Support security personnel in enforcing safety and security policies.
Footage Review & Evidence Handling
Retrieve and review footage when required for investigations.
Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of recorded footage.
Comply with legal and company policies regarding the handling of CCTV evidence.
Equipment Maintenance & System Checks
Conduct routine checks to ensure CCTV systems are operational.
Report and coordinate repairs for faulty cameras or systems.
Keep records of system maintenance and repairs.
Emergency Handling & Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for security-related emergencies.
Follow emergency protocols and coordinate with relevant departments or external authorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
Diploma in IT or related field
.
Prior experience IT/CCTV environment is preferred.
Familiarity with
CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify suspicious activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work on Saturday (half day)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
