Job Description


  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools, help desk software, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues through various channels.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Require to travel to client\'s premises for IT support and software installation.
  • Monitor system performance, and perform maintenance tasks and backups.
  • Conduct user training and promote best practices.
