Liaise with customer on all technical matters including warranty claims
Ensure all the received equipment well recorded, installed/repaired/upgraded and delivered according to department's standard turnaround time to customers
Ensure proper record keeping of incoming/outgoing spare parts
Ensure minimal/zero complaints from customers
Ensure overall department SOP and housekeeping adhered to at all times
Any other related tasks as instructed by management
Requirements:
Certificate/diploma/bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
At least 1 year working experience in related field
Strong communication skills & pleasant personality
Must have a valid driving license and own transport
Must be willing to relocate to Banting, Selangor or able to travel to Banting every day for work
Those who do not possess certificate/diploma/bachelor's degree but have sufficient working experience may still apply
Live trial/test on laptop/PC repair would be conducted during interview for selection process
