• Years of experience - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Communication, Networking or etc
• Computer hardware & software skill
• Network troubleshooting skill
• Video conferencing skill
• Software testing skill
• Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management software is a plus
• Fresh Graduate with good personality and presentation skill also are encourage to apply

Responsibilities

• Testing on new hardware and software.
• Support for IT Department and help to manage the awarded project. If required, you need to go outstation for installation and delivery anywhere in Malaysia.
• Responsible for the end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers.
• Handling cases that have been assigned and completed within the planned timeline.
• Communicate, interact, and entertain customers\' questions in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training for the awarded project.
• General workers include backup Technician jobs.
• Perform hardware and software installation, setup, configuration, and day-to-day maintenance.
• Self-motivating, independent, willing to learn, and capable to handle multi-task job.
• Followed technical SOP (QC, external and internal support, delivery project). 12. Get positive review from customer.
