It Technician
Job Description
Providing technical support to users, helping them with hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and configuring computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment. Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on computer systems and peripherals. Assisting with the setup and management of networks. Training users on basic IT skills and software usage. Managing inventory and keeping track of IT assets. Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect systems and data. Documenting IT processes and troubleshooting steps. Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve issues and implement projects. Staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
