Position: IT Telesales Executive
Tenure: 1 Year Contract Renewable/ Converted to Permanent
Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
Salary: Up to RM 4,000 (Depending on experience)
:
Provide tele sales service (inbound/outbound calls) to Install Base customer
Data mine, cleanse, and blend databases, and identify valid leads and then sell services to customers.
Identify / generate new leads as part of demand generation to win new customers and/or equipment
Source additional databases info to ensure that the contact person is the most likely \xe2\x80\x9cthen-current\xe2\x80\x9d decision maker and source updated contact details as is appropriate
Fulfil report obligations as per Deliverables section and ensure the following for valid leads.
Request service contract quotes, amendments and order booking submissions directly from the Global Operations team via CSIF/sending an email as applicable.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree qualifications in related field.
Experience in IT products/knowledge and Telemarketing/Telesales
Have a Excellent English communication skills due
Have a general selling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tool such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
