operational documentation
, including configurations, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective issue resolution and process alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years
of hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, or ServiceNow).
Solid understanding of
ITIL frameworks
(ITIL certification preferred).
Proven experience in
system administration, configuration, and maintenance
of ITSM applications.
Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
skills.
Excellent
communication skills
in English; proficiency in
Mandarin or Cantonese
is an advantage.
Positive, proactive, and
customer-focused mindset
with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with
Oracle JDeveloper
for system customizations and extensions is a plus.
Exposure to
ITIL-based support processes
or application maintenance frameworks preferred.
