Benefits Summary:

-This is a full time permanent position
-Basic Salary RM1,800 - RM3,500 (Will be entitled for commission pay once promoted to managerial position)
-Medical Insurance, Medical leaves, MC Claims, Annual Leaves, -Monthly Allowances, Annual Bonus, Yearly Salary Increment etc.
-Working hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6.30pm
-Working Location: Taman Perling, Johor Bahru

Our client, a Reputable Education Group has been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently expanding their tutoring team and hence, searching for more Tutors to join their big family.

Responsibilities:

-Remain up to date with the school curriculum and subject-specific content
-Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments
-Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks
-Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom
-Ensure that if any changes need to be made to meeting times, that it is done in a reasonable time frame
-Communicate with Principal frequently to update on the students' progress
-Research learning resources to use during lessons

Requirements:

-Possession of at least a SPM or Diploma in any field is required
-No experience is required, as on-job training will be provided
-A passionate learner
-Self-motivated and result-driven
-A good team player and love teaching
