We are seeking a Japanese Native Key Account Manager for a Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading Company. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, providing them with exceptional support and investment advice tailored to their needs, and working with them to expand our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value Japanese clients, providing exceptional support through various communication channels, including phone, in-person meetings, and video calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support, including resolving any issues that arise, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Offer investment advice and information tailored to clients\' investment styles and goals, providing insights and recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Keep up-to-date on market trends and analyze the market to develop business strategies and support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports to track progress.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Salary and Benefits:
  • RM16,000-23,000 (approximately \xc2\xa5480,000-690,000) per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Quarterly bonuses
  • One month of housing support upon arrival
  • One-way ticket to Malaysia
  • Visa support (family support available)
  • Food allowance of RM50 per day.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (Native), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FX or financial services industry (not mandatory)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to meeting targets and KPIs.
