Designation: Associate Customer Support - Native/Non Native (Any nationality with N1 can apply worldwide) Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia Language proficiency required: Japanese Position Summary: Handle live contacts of customers and provide appropriate solution to their queries ***Prior Experience in Ecommerce preferred*** Roles and Responsibilities Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users Escalate priority issues per Client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable Provide inputs on process changes and best practices. Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates. Maintain Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality Any Ad-hoc responsibilities as designated by the supervisor Key Deliverables (KRA Measure) Provide exemplary customer satisfaction Meet quality standards on all handled contacts Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits Applicant\'s Specifications & Qualification: Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession Open to work in rotational and night shifts Candidate must be college or vocational school graduates or possess comparable work experience NOTE for other Nationalities: Candidates must have minimum Bachelor degree in order to process Employment VISA. If they have Diploma then make sure they have at least 5+ years of full time work experience. . Must have passport with minimum validity of 16 months. RM 3000 reimbursement to cover 1 way flight ticket and 1 week hotel accommodation expense (Only for Expats staying outside Malaysia). Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated). Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days. Bereavement leave - 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents). Maternity Leave - for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date. Paternity leaves - 7 days
