Job Description
Our client works with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to provide them with online platform solutions. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will help these businesses to optimize solutions provided and see the business grow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with implementation
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key
align expectations * Collaborate with the sales, operations and technical team from Malaysia, Europe and Japan
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Develop a deep understanding of customer's business and operational objectives
- Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Fluent in Japanese
- Experience with web technologies
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English. Malay and Chinese is bonus.
- Customer oriented
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
