This company is a manufacturing company specialist in healthcare and medical products, they are looking for Japanese Speaker to be the assistant to the company Managing Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide translation and interpretation support between Japanese and English language.
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Managing Director - travel arrangements, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences emails.
  • Assist the Managing Director in business-related matters for local and overseas business.
  • Record minutes of meeting, draft, edit, proof-read executive level documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Literature/Business Management or equivalent
  • Able to speak, read and write Japanese.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
