Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing core backend system code and delivering on time, ensuring delivery quality and version maintenance. Address performance, high-concurrency, and reliability issues during backend development. Responsible for the design of software architecture, key components, and interfaces; tackle technical challenges and resolve performance and security issues. Lead there search, introduction, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and build and maintain modular components.
Job Requirements:

Solid foundation in Java programming; proficient in applying design patterns and coding standards, with strong understanding and practical experience in data structures and algorithms. Proficient in application development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, etc., with strong coding capabilities. Skilled in using databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, with strong SQL writing and optimization abilities. Proficient in one or more of the following middleware technologies: Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MongoDB, ZooKeeper, HBase, Elasticsearch, etc.; understand their underlying principles and be able to identify and resolve issues. Experience in business system development, with in-depth and broad understanding of existing systems, and able to propose improvement suggestions (including business architecture and processes). Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, and experience collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders. Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and collaboration skills. Experience in large-scale distributed system development is a plus. Experience in big data processing is a plus. Minimum of 5years of Java development experience
