Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:
- To provide analysis and support on product development and deal transactions
- To assist division in deliverables to meet budget
- To provide innovative solutions to transactions whenever required
- Build market intelligence
- To build a database on the Equity Capital Market transactions and deals parameters
- To assist to execute the marketing efforts of ECM to secure mandates ie. pitchbook
- Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to execute mandates ie. Internal papers and presentation materials.
- To ensure work undertaken by the department is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
- Nurture relationships with clients, and counterparts in other ECM houses
- To ensure efficient and timely execution of mandates according to datelines.
- To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
Bachelor Degree - A degree holder at the minimum from ranked university, specialising in economics, accounting, business administration, finance and engineering or CFA level 1.Minimum 1- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in investment analysis or related experience.In-depth knowledge of accounting and financeStrong analytical and writing skillsInnovative with excellent interpersonal skillsDriven and passionate of his/her professionGood presentation skillsStrong financial modeling skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applicationsA keen interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in MalaysiaBenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
