Coverage: West Malaysia Location Based: Selangor Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the FMCG sales sector, demonstrating independence. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Individuals currently holding executive or supervisory roles are strongly encouraged to apply. Role: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Identify and evaluate potential new markets and distribution channels for the product (gas stations channel is a plus). - Track and monitor sales and execution, striving to achieve company KPIs set by the principal. - Maintain relationships with current clients and build relationships with new clients. - Cultivate strong relationships with key customers. Provide coaching and training to the sales team for skill development. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques and marketing research - Willing to travel 50% of the time (local and outstation) Working Hour: Monday - Friday ( 8:30AM - 5:30PM) Basic+Car & Petrol Allowance, 5 Working Days
