Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute product detailing and promotions to doctors and healthcare professionals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives in achieving their sales targets. Accountable for individual and team sales growth within the designated territory by implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies. Prepare and oversee execution of the territory sales plan, segmented by product and customer. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers. Stay updated with product knowledge and therapeutic area expertise to engage professionals effectively. Innovatively tackle challenges and opportunities within the territory to maximize impact. Responsibility for coverage of hospitals in the Kuala Lumpur area. Job Requirements This position is open to individuals with a minimum of 5 years\' experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 1-3 years in a managerial role.
